RPA Support Engineer

Role Description

– Administer the RPA platform in all environments (DEV, STG and PRD).
– Responsible for managing the scheduling and availability of bots and bot runners.
– Responsible for platform, bot monitoring and reporting.
– Responsible for operations Tier 1 support of the RPA platform.
– Interface with customers to provide issue resolution for RPA solutions.
– Work closely with internal business units to facilitate project completion.
– Provide business rules interpretation for functional and technical specifications, process automation designs, and documentation for business RPA solutions.
– Promote a cooperative and productive team environment.
– Ensure our platforms and solutions are following Framework standards.
– Conform with all COE policies and procedures.
– Maintain technical and functional awareness and competence.
– The role encompasses providing Level L1 technical support for BOT’s developed on Automation Anywhere.
– Logging and escalating escalate issues to relevant teams, provide viable workarounds to resolve incidents.
– Basic troubleshooting for RPA related issues.
– Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
– Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.
– Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in technology related field.

Experience in systems development life cycle including requirements definition, solution design, program development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Highly organized, process-driven, demonstrates ability to proactively prioritize work.

Successful track record of achieving high quality results and delivering client value-added services to meet team objectives.

Ability to interpret business rules and customer requirements for creating system and process documentation, program specifications and project specifications.

Document and demonstrate support solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts.

Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, and follow-up skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.

Outstanding written and verbal communications skills and ability to convey complex issues concisely to management, colleagues and clients.

Strong listening skills and ability to gain understanding of partner needs and challenges.

High level of independence but can also work effectively in a self-organizing team.

High level of integrity, tact and discretion.
