Support Engineer in Cloud Lifecycle Management (CLM) 24/7 team

Role Description

– Working on shifts;
– Developing monitoring solutions;
– Close collaboration with DEV teams;
– Monitoring incident queues;
– Work on alerts according to recommended actions;
– Work on customer request;
– Monitoring patterns and work on improvements;
– Coordination with other support functions and team to resolve the issues in a timely manner.

Position Requirements

Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience;

Good knowledge on  Linux and Networking;

Knowledge in SAP Cloud Platform is a strong plus

Ability to quickly analyze technical problems;

Working efficiently in emergency situations;

Team player in an international set-up with interfaces to many teams;

Service and customer oriented, self-motivated and pro-active working attitude;

Fluency in English (oral and written).
